The Admission Manager will be a key representative of our in-house school services company, working closely with multiple partner schools to manage and drive their admission processes and marketing efforts. This role is client-facing and strategic — the candidate will act as an admission and marketing expert deployed across a portfolio of schools, ensuring each partner school meets its enrollment targets.

1. Oversee and manage the end-to-end admission process for multiple partner schools simultaneously. 2. Guide and support each schools admission team with counseling strategies, inquiry handling, follow-up systems, and closure techniques. 3. Set enrollment targets in coordination with school managements and ensure consistent achievement across the portfolio. 4. Monitor admission pipelines, maintain MIS reports, and present performance dashboards to both internal leadership and partner school stakeholders. 5. Design and implement admission-driven marketing strategies tailored to each partner schools brand, location, and target audience. 6. Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns including social media, paid ads, school events, open days, and community outreach. 7. Track lead generation, campaign performance, and conversion rates across all schools and optimize accordingly.
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner school managements on all admission and marketing matters. 2. Conduct regular review meetings with school principals, trustees, and coordinators to align on targets, strategies, and performance. 3. Identify gaps in each school's admission process and recommend actionable improvements. 4. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and accounts to deliver seamless services to partner schools. 5.Train and guide front office and admission staff at partner schools as needed. 6.Ensure standardized admission processes and best practices are implemented consistently across all managed schools.
1. Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant field. 2. 5+ years of experience in school admissions, education sales, or school marketing — preferably in a multi-school or education services environment. 3. Prior experience managing admissions for multiple schools or working with an education service provider will be a strong advantage. 4. Excellent communication, counseling, client management, and leadership skills. 5. Willingness to travel across school locations as required.
