Monthly Newsletter | July 2021 | Volume 26
Dear Readers,
I am glad to present before you the July edition of the School 360 newsletter.
The pandemic seems to be receding after its acutely exacerbated phase, yet there is no sign of schools reopening in sight.
Notwithstanding the discouragements of the pandemic-induced lockdowns, school education is witnessing several welcome initiatives and the NEP is getting implemented gradually but firmly in states.
In this edition, we have covered several such initiatives made by the CBSE and other agencies mainly for realizing the NEP goals.
The items in this edition include Karnataka’s announcement of an undergraduate program with multiple entry and exit options, and several announcements and initiatives of the CBSE: collaboration with AICTE, NCEAR, the introduction of coding and data science modules, and finally the news related to the alternative assessment of the 10 and 12 students.
I hope you will find this edition informative, and I will reiterate my appeal for feedback.
