We are seeking a dynamic Accountant to join our Company.. The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting Periodic audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. Responsibilities

Job Duties / Responsibilities

1. Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciliations. 2. Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. 3. Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures. 4. Manage office administration and monetary transactions. 5. Monitoring and enforcing financial compliance procedures. 6. Generate financial reports and present them to senior management. 7. Monitor and analyze discrepancies in budget and financial performance. 8. Develop and improve internal accounting procedures. 9. Assist in the preparation of external audits. 10. Manage account payable and receivables processes. 11. Record and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy.

Desired profile of the candidate

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. Understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting processes. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software like Tally ERP9/Prime. 4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 5. Progressive experience in accounting and revenue recognition with a strong understanding of global accounting. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Knowledge of tax regulations. 8. Experience in conducting internal and external audits. 9. Adaptability to change priorities and meet tight deadlines

1. Prepare Conceptual Designs for Master plans and School Buildings Projects . 2. Prepare layouts, furniture plans, Detailed Architectural Drawings, Service Drawings, BOQs, and material boards using AutoCAD & SketchUp 3.Create 3D views, presentations . 4. Coordinate with team Members , vendors, and clients. 5. Support site visits, supervision, and execution 6. Maintain drawings, documentation, and project record

1. The candidate is expected to prepare all architectural construction drawings, services drawings and BOQ's for buildings and masterplan. 2. They must coordinate with all other consultants such as structural, landscaping, HVAC, etc. 3. Collaborating with architects, designers and other team members to submit deliverables on time. 4. Must be well versed with Autocad.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 2+ years of site supervision experience.

Job Description / Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team, who will take the lead on designing inspiring, functional, and forward-thinking interior spaces for educational buildings.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

1. Undertake design project from concept to completion 2. Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” 3. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans 4. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors 5. Team Coordination

Desired profile of the candidate

1. Develop innovative interior design concepts specifically tailored for educational environments, ensuring they foster learning and engagement. 2. Prepare accurate detailed working drawings, layout plans, and elevations. 3. Accurately prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications for projects. 4. Create compelling visual presentations and confidently pitch design concepts to clients and stakeholders. 5. Collaborate seamlessly with architects, junior designers and other team members to ensure cohesive design integration. 6. Conduct regular site visits to coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring execution aligns perfectly with the approved designs. 7. Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met efficiently. 8. Continuously explore new materials, sustainable practices, and emerging global trends in educational design. Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion & Enscape. Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
